Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hay iv got a 04 wrangler and on my way from syd to cairns my wife noticed that her feet and my 4wd monthly got wet. When i got to brissy i added some fuel line hose to the a/c drain in the engine bay as thats where i thought the leak came from but the footwell is still filling up with water. I removed the glove box and theres a hell of a lot of condensation on all the a/c piping does anyone know what is going on

Condensation on the low pressure AC line is nomal. You should check the AC condendate drain tube. It drains condensaion from the cooling coil outside the Vehicle. When these block, or the hose gets a hole/falls off, this water leaks into the cab. Passenger floor is most common place to leak, as most cars run the tube through the LHS of the fire wall.
