would be cheaper to get transfer gears done

with twin transfers you need to change the following..

front tailshaft (two piece shaft running a centre bearing)
rear shaft (needs to be shortened)
new transfer case mount to support the rear transfer
if you have an auto you will need to modify the linkages you get with the twin transfer adapter
cut holes in your floor for the new gearstick..

add to that the cost of buying the transfer case adapter and it is pretty exxy..like prob around the $2500 mark depending on what you can do yourself (that includes having to get another transfer case as well)

crawler gears in your transfer case will cost around $1500 fitted

dave

if you do wanna go the twin transfer still i have a transfer here for $200

This setup has come out of a Rocky which was running the infinity V8 ....and so on ....so all the crossmembers and other work will be needed plus the coin for the front shaft .....and rear

I ran Marks gears in My Mav ....with 37"s 4.8 diff ratio's ......most of the time I just used second gear as 1st you just could get the wheelspeed when needed......and it was still low enough to crawl in second ......this was a diesel aswell

just go the gears you wont be disapointed ....

unbolt fit the gears bolt back in hey presto no fawking around ....

go to your local bearing place and get a P208 saddle and an inner bearing UC 208.....i used it on Bartsos truck and it is also what i use in the buggy..fits a 60 series shaft
