Presuming it's a dual cab, there should already be bolts or at least captive nuts behind the rear seat. Most likely there will be 2 of them, one behind each outside seat.

I have the Triton with 3 seats in it... I'll post a pic of my set-up which on paper was approved by an RACV checking bloke but when I installed it there was a different bloke there and he knocked it back... When in Darwin, I bumped into a bloke with (from memory) a Bravo who had the same set-up as me with a certificate from Tassie... After seeing this I felt better about mine...
Will put pic up later when the missus brings the car back.

I got the ute today NO bolt hole at all .I can get them put in for $ 150 each fitted by authorised fitter the middle needs a device( from roof to window frame) cost around $200.Wasnt expecting this- total of about $500.It s not something i would have expected to have to do homework on.Its only money at least my kids will be safe though.

To the best of my knowledge all vehicles after about 93 from memory must have them. It may be different if its classed as a commercial vehicle
although my lux has them for the outer seats but not the middle one.
