We have a stock standed 1996 GQ 3lt (RB30) nissan patrol and just wanting to know if there is much performance diferents between a 2.5" Press bent exhaust to a 2.5" Mandrel bent exhaust. We priced them and know the Mandrel bent is expensive. So we just want to know, is it worth getting a Mandrel bent or not.

Thanks.

just use press bent 2.5", i doggyed up a exaust out of an old commodore, with some pretty ugly bends and it made a big difference to power and torque, with extractors as well. you can make a set of vl extractors fit quite easily all you need to do is cut about a foot off the end and start the new exhaust from there. i picked up a 2nd hand set of pacemakers off a vl for $50, better than the $650 quoted for a new set to fit a patrol :)
