Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Gday i have an f78 rocky and i want to life the front end to match my rear 2" lift. I heard you can just wind up the standard torsion bar, does any one know how much lift you can get out of doing this? Or what is the best way to go to get the front higher. Cheers
