S/c questions

Well have an AMR300 s/c mounted on a 8v suzuki engine at last . From the guys that ran them , how much noise did they make ? I have two concerns , one after a minute of running the front pulley was too hot to touch and it makes a huge whine . The noise may be normal or its the bearing on its way out
Also oil spec confirmation . I posted a week or so ago and got the reply the toyota oil or mobil one . Does mobil do a gear oil or are you guys talking about the mobil one engine oil . Want to change the oil soon , once its up and running .
