No worries mate, you just had both image tags after the URL, not either side of it.
This is how it should have looked:

Yeah I have had lawn edging flares on the Lux for years
It is technicly illegal though, but you would have to be damn unlucky to get pinged for it.
Its to do with it not being thick enough and being able to "cut" a pedestrian
.
Nylex made a nice edging (we sell it where I work) that is a bit thicker than the standard bunnings stuff, and therfore legal, but they only do the black stuff in 75mm and thats not wide enough in my case. They do 150mm wide but only in poxy green.

The only thing I have against them is when you lean against a tree or an embankment, there is no give in the flare and may increase the chance or panel damage.
The rubber flares on mine easily bend out the way.

if you use self tapping screws, the flares should tear from the guard and not fark it up...... i got a 10 metre roll for $60 and it leaves you enough for a couple of spares

I brought a 1200x650x~1mm plastic sheet from a plastic supply joint, for $26. It's better quality and more flexible than the bunnings flares and it can be cut in different shapes to suit the guards. Looks nicer and is easier to work with than the garden edge too. Made up new inner guards out of it and will be making flares with it. 1200mm is just long enough to make a one piece flare on the front of my 75.

I haven't done the flares yet, but this is the stuff:
No laughing at my dodgy guard chop. The inner guard cutting isn't actually as bad as it looks in the pictures. Should come up neatly when the flares are on - will post more pics.
The plastic is also available in a number of colors, and is easy to cut with a sharp knife or decent scissors.

I bent a gaurd with the bunnings stuff, none of the plastic tore and none of the tek screws riped off
also craked the snorkel in the same time

On the Paj, good stuff to work with, as you can cut it with some scissors.

I will be doing the old bunnigs flares when my 31's go on!
I like the look of it better then the stock flares too!

Ill second the fact that the flares are damn damn damn strong and will cave in your guard before they rip off. That happened to me as well

I have Bunnings flares, of around 150mm trimmed back to around 120.
I trimmed off one of the lips, this gave me more flex in the flare.
They have been on fer a while, at least 2 Adventure Tours, without big dramas. Have lent against many banks, but mine is not dent free anyway
so I am not concerned.
They sure are tuff, so this should be considered when fitting.
