Windscreens wipers not workin

Well as the title suggests the wipers don't work at all, howver the sguirter does. Does anyone know wich wires i need to connect up to make the wipers work withought the switch. we have had the wiper moter out, and by hookin power directly to the motor it spins. Any help would be much apreciated
