Jamie Way or just ring long`s direct and order them via credit card.

I bought 27 spliners and they only cost me $650 for the pair landed on my door step.

30 spliners with axles cost around $1100 or $1200 landed.

I can also varify you can land the 27Spline ones for $650 a pair and you can land the 30 Spline superset(CVs with Axles) for between $1000 and $1200 depending on how fast you want them.

If you want ultimate Strength go with the 30 spline ones.

And arder them from Terra direct. They have sent heaps of them over here now and wont have a problem selling to you. If your going to call them call at around 7AM EDST to get them on the phone.

The $650 is for a pair of 27 Spline CV's only. No axles.

Tony,

Let me know if it makes sense to bring a care package over in January.

I would love to explain to Airport security why 5 sets of 30 Spliners should not be considered a weapon LOL

It's not the axle to diff' spline that's 30 it''s the axle to cv that is.All toyota's run 30 spline side gear's in the diff's.

so would i be right in saying we would be better off if we waited and saved to get axles and hub gears aswell as cvs at once?

Yes for ultimate strength you want the 30 spline superset. If you need to run Freewheeling hubs then get Hub Gears, Otherwise he does chromo drive flanges that will never fail.

The 27spline CVs are only as strong as the axle, Even the Chromo 27spline axles that are around are still weaker than this CV.

Are the chromo drive flanges a permanently locked hub in the same vein as the Maxi-drive hubs. I couldn't see these on the Longfield website though does anybody know what he charges for them and if they'll suit LC60 axles?

I'm not sure what Longfeild sell but genuine 80's drive flanges come in different spline lengths. The early 80's drive flange('90 to 93') can be fitted to any fine spline L/C or Hilux front wheel hub .The genuine Toyota
free wheeling hubs first came out on vehicles in 1980 before that every thing had drive flanges so Longfeild might do something for early L/C's which will fit 60's to.

Ahhh, thanks for this. Being a LR man I'd forgotten about full time LC's etc. Thanks for this.
