if your in melbourne go to aussie desert coolers he can build you a new 4core cheaper than recoreing..i got a 4 core triple flow built for my 83 cherokee 2"s wider and 1"longer new top and bottom tanks about $500-00

Have you tried Hammonds at Capalaba?
I'm sure they would be able to recommend somehting to suit
