If the tank looks good and not rusty it will pass RW but I would be looking at replacing it with a new one as they can sometimes rust out from the inside. Last time I bought one it cost me $660.

I took mine for a RWC and the mechanic picked the LPG tank as out of date.

I asked him and he suggested a guy that he uses to do the tank.

Since yours isnt out of date yet.. take it to get the RWC. Ask the mechanic at the same time who does theirs. Usually they know someone local.

The guy who did mine was a mobile LPG person who came to my home and did the tank in a hour or so. Cost about $130 plus parts (new solenoid and something else ) so came to $180ish.

Otherwise try LPG in the yellow pages :P
