Possibilities are endless. Alot of guys use an IFS hilux box and pump as it is fairly straightforward to set up. Ditto for vitara power steering (esp. if you are running a vit engine as the pump bolts straight on).

Personally Im going to use a pump from a Ford and a 75 series cruiser box and then just a straight flip arm conversion on the diff.

You can pretty much adapt anything to suit though.

what do you use for a drag link. is it custom made or is there one that fits length wise?

Again, many ways to skin a cat.

Im using heavy wall tube cut to size and tapped to accept 80 series rod ends. You can buy custom draglinks from Snake, Superior, M&M etc. etc.

Im getting an engineer to tap the tube for me. Dont want it screwed up.

Are you asking about the steering box, steering links or the arm on the diff end?

Was setting my black car up with a crossover arm. Available through BBM 02 96799744

Steering box, you can use most; Vitara, Landcruiser 60-70 series, Toyota Cressida etc or even your factory one.

Steering links, you may be able to adapt factory links. On most of my cars i have aftermarket HD tie rod and drag links. Either through BBM, Superior or Cheezy racing. Aftermarket HD tie rods allow you to use the stronger 80 series rod ends with hilux diffs. The tapers are the same for both Hilux and 80 series but the 80 is much stronger.

Or use the landcruiser box, it's on the outside of the rail. Easier than moving the alternator.
