Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I have a '93 SR5 with IFS and a very smoky 2.8L 3L engine i.e. smoke billowing out of the dipstick orifice whilst engine is running , and I am wondering if anyone has considered fitting a 1KZTE in it's place ?

From what I have read in the toyota section it is not worth it.
