Well the 20 sets are about half way complete should be finished by xmas or early in the new year.
Price will be EXTREMELY competitive to Toyo/Nissan gears.
Remember these will fit all 1.944/1.925:1 Mitsi t/cases (all Gen 1 2.6, diesel & 3.0V6 + Gen 2 3.0 V6), they do not fit the larger 1.90:1 2.8TDI/3.5V6 t/cases.
Also fit 5sp Challenger (not auto's) and all diesel and V6 Tritons (except the brand new 2.8TDI).

Frank,
Do these gears include 23 spline inputs?
By the way, did you get time to check the NP231J spline yet?
Regards, Al.

Yes there are 15 x fine 24 spline (manuals) and 5 x coarse 23 spline (auto's) being made.
I just couldn't find anyone who had a separated NP231 t/case, if you have one up there I can mail you the spare 23 spline input gear I have to check but I will need it back.

Hi Frank,
My main interest in the 23 spline issue is pursuing a stronger mitz transfer than my 85 SD L300 24 spline, although compatability with NP231J is of interest. My real concern is the gearbox output shaft diameter that the 24 tooth spline dictates, real puny. I want the strongest output shaft possible so that when something breaks its not an expensive trans rebuild. This all assumes that the 23 spline is stronger than the 24.
Novac show a real short 231 output shaft that is a stock of the shelf item and if it fits a mitz 23 spline then I would not need to have a custom shaft made initially and, more importantly, a second or third time in the future.
If the 23 spline mitz is unique then I am sure that Mark can make me a shaft to suit its just off the shelf vs custom at this point.

It may be possible for me to take your output gear to Sydney 2nd week of Jan if the jeep guy still has a trans on the floor.
Thanks for your help so far, Regards, Al.

Someone read my mind - I just came on-line to find if such gears are available! I guess I'll email Mark.

Cheers,

As far as I know they are three quarter completed. Hardman Bros don't start work until the 19th after their xmas shutdown so I expect by the end of January for them to be completed.
