100series blinker fuse location??

probably a stupid question, but...
got a friend who apparently has blown the blinkers fuse (he says), and he cant find the fuse, toyota cant even find it... he has checked every fuse in the car and they are all good.
Question. where is he gonna find the missing fuse?
ps. this is a standard diesel 100series.

Checked under the bonnet pass side or under dash same side? Gazza!

under bonnet and under dash, both passenger side...

pretty sure it's in the passenger side under the dash or behind kick panel, took 2hours too find brake light fuse in the mates.

IIRC, it's labelled "AM1 No.2".

More info Greg? I'm guessing this is the hazard one or is this something different?

Original post said the blinkers didn't work, I believe it to be the fuse in the under bonnet box labelled "AM1 No2".
If the hazards (and therefore the remote central locking) isn't working, then it's a fuse in the LH kick panel box, can't recall the name.
