Outer Limits 4x4 Board

hey has any one put the twin cam head on the standard 1.3L block? does it fit or is it a different size?
want a few more budget horses via cams and injection but didnt want to go the full transplant.
already got a webber but want more horses.
any one got any ideas what i can do?

Not sure what your intended usage is for the engine, but the twin cam heads don't produce their power until higher up in the rev range. Mainly due to the cam profile. So they works great for street cars or something that you'll be racing, but not so good for crawling and offroad track work. 1.3's don't have much low torque anyhow, and having to get the revs up higher before there is anything you can use might even set you back for practicle use even though a dyno will tell you that you have more power. I looked into the idea a couple of years ago and ended up going to a 1.6 Baleno with multi point EFI and coil packs. Dosent look as cool as the twin cam head though,
