fj40 steering box....

hi all ,ok to be blunt my fj40 handles like a on the road like a pig rolling in sh!t....after i got the idler arm replaced for about $400 wich is alot of $ for me (still a kid)..... all my money. pedders said that it was more than likley my steering box that was making it wander this much can anyone with more knowege than me (not hard) help me out with any advice please?

Check for play in the idler arm and the drag link tie rod ends.There is also adjustment on the steering box.

hey man...i cheackd the idler arm theirs no play in thet but the tie rod ends have a bit of play in em.......do u think this could be causing the wandering?
ps. um what dose the adjustment on the sterring box look loke

jack it up and check your bearings for movement as well. How much play is there in the steering?
