Sahara drivers window switch panel

Post by want33s »

My wife broke the power window "lock" switch in our 1989 FJ62 Sahara. In the lock position of course. Now only the drivers window works. The only bit we need is the plastic panel the switches sit in(brown) but I will buy a whole switch block if anyone has one.. Please PM me if you can help. thanks jas.

Before parting with $270 for the switch on ebay...... just have a look at the picture of it. I was going to buy one as a back up, until I noticed that it is around the wrong way...... (that is the switches are mirror image to how they appear in my car and other I have seen) Check with the seller to see if it is in fact a genuine Toyota switch, I think you will find that it is a cheap knock off. and if it is, I would not be willing to pay 270 for a repo/copy without a warranty........

That would have been done already if it weren't for the missus's bloody grankids. . I'll replace the lot with switches from Tandy before I pay $270 for an american(lhd) switch block.
