Leaking Swivel Hub

my mates GQ is leaking oil from one of the swivel hubs. parked for about 8 hours it leaked approx 5ml onto the wheel/ground.

a couple of questions...

1. is he still able to drive? in 2wd? 4wd?
2. would MORE oil leak as it is driving?
3. when installing new seals, does the swivel hub come apart and diff centre out (reason i ask is he might kill 2 birds and put a locker in the front)
4. lockright lockers in the front > anyone had problems steering? noises?

thanks everyone

PAUL

can they be done by anyone with a spanner? do you need to adjust anything int he swivel hub? have done wheel bearings before if that helps.

dead simple job really, dont lose the kingpin shims and make sure they back where they came from ie bottom goes back on the bottom.

I made nice little tool for knocking these seals in as when I broke CVs I would destroy this as well  made the job even easier ~ 20 min trackside to replace already prepped cv
