TDI300 Oil change?? WHEN??

I have had a TDI300 Disco now for about 8 months and I must admit I do like it! It has now just clocked over 220k this week
But as for Oil Changes ive been told so many different answers its not funny!
So I may aswell confuse myself more and throw it open to the rest of OZ!
Oil and Filter every 10k then Oil only every 5k??
Or
Just do Oil and Filter every 10k?
