Slight miss at idle

Hey,
after my 1st cambelt was done at 97000 (Now onto my 3rd cam belt at 100 000km) don't ask.... a few things were done, new cam cover gaskets, new plugs, etc I have a slight missfire at idle.
It seems to be worse after a long run, cold fast idle it appears fine however it is hard to tell with it running fast.
Seems to pull fine and have as much torque as normal at light throttle inputs just above idle. Don't notice a miss fire at all through the rev range and is definately running on 6.
Most noticeable when off throttle from 1100 rpm down to idle - goes pop pop pop (ish) such as idling with the a/c on as it drops in the revs as it switches in and out.
Any ideas?
