Outer Limits 4x4 Board

after a bit of study... in the suzuki bible....

I'm fitting some new bushes kits for my standard springs. Main problem atm is that i'm on the rear front spring eyes now.. can't fit the nylon with steel pipe around the nylon.. it doesn't seem to fit in that hole!

Zuk springs:
Zuk fronts ~ 37" e-e, ~ 255lbs/inch
Zuk rears ~ 40" e-e, ~ 155lbs/inch

question is.. is all sierra leaf spring the same for front or rear for NT, WT? or do they vary in size over the years?

I think not sure though that I cut the sleeve off.

I think I wedged open the spring eye with a small cold chisel. Are you replacing the bushes with the springs still on the car ?
