Vitara LSD's ??

Post by atari4x4 »

I have located an LSD for the rear of a vitara.

just wondering are they any good?

can they be "shimmed" for tighter operation?

what would be a fair price to pay for the complete diff centre?? (5.125 R&P)

In Qld the grand vitara after 04 came standered with the lsd and i can say that it does help up to a point but after that you dont notice that you have one.

If it was a front one then yes. Personally I'd be looking for a locker.

i still reckon i'll go the air locker cj.

i hadn't heard much about the factory LSD it was an imported low kay diff with 5.125's on it.

it would be worth grabbing it anyway for the 5.125's & off loading the LSD to someone wanting one.

anyone want a VITARA LSD?????

realy if you are going to the effort of removing and reffitting into the 2L i would go a locker as the lsd on the GV ( rear ) is just some nice letters.
