was not a typo it was a 2.8 with blown motor leaking early gq steer box gq diffs n an ex frazer island hire car, I had a look last night n think its worth approximatly F.A. The bloke didnt tell us about the changes until I pointed them out so anyone lookin to buy a second hand gu take someone with you that knows what their looking at as there is alot with gq fronts in them

seem everyone is doing the gq into gu and flogging them off,there was more than one on this site.

yeah its mine and sorry for missleading anyone i did mean to put that in and i changed it last night, the steering box is not leaking either it is brand new no leaks at all and i had no idea that was gq thought it was only the diffs
honestly it was a very good 4by and i would be keeping it if i had the time for an engine swap but i need a car to get to work

yeah but i would need to get a loan to purchase the other engine and im trying to save for an overseas holiday so i want to sell it and get a cheap run around car

i was looking at doing it but didnt.
whats the big deal anyway with the swap, i remember not long ago gq diffs were the poo... there is really bugga all difference between em anyway..
