Outer Limits 4x4 Board

G'day all after cheaking out a few surfs and other assorted 4wds I have decided to look at the 2000mdl patrol ute due to it being a good trades car too. (I dont even know what make GU?) Anyway I have been told buy a few blokes they are the first of the newer shape and dont come turbo ( the only ones I have seen turbo are 03 onwards) My greatest concern is the lack of power people keep saying the n/a 4.2D has> I have never driven one and dont want a slugger (reason for no going near a surf again!) One other question does the 200mdl come turbo because if it does I would expect it to be a better drive. Any feedback welcome!

is it coil or leaf rear, I tracked down 1999 mod gu coil cab for a mate it is factory turbo and a DX paid $21000 had 189 000km on it

I would rather coil suspension due to ride quality but if I could find a good turbo that had leaf I would definately consider that too. $21,000 is a good price the only ones I have seen so far are $26,000+ with leaf sus and n/a motor. Im really not fussed if its not a turbo just would want to make sure the n/a 4.2 would have enough poke in it.
