Coily 60 series?

How hard is it to convert a 60 to coil springs? Can you bolt the body onto an 80 series chassis? Or should i just buy an 80 and be done with it?
Has anyone done this conversion successfully without spending heaps?

Depends what you want out of it.
If you want a coil sprung wagon, I'd buy an 80 series - it's a technically better vehicle and you'll get more back when/if you sell it.
If you want a coil sprung 60 series, it can definitely be done, but I'd imaging you'd pay a lot in labour to have someone else do it.
I don't know exactly what you mean by 'hard to convert to coils'. Like most things if you know what you're doing it's not 'hard', but not the sort of thing most weekend-warriers would undertake (lots of cutting, griding, welding, measuring involved).
I obviously don't know what you're capable of (and I don't like to jump to conclusions), but the tone of your post makes me think you should just buy an 80 series and be done with it.
