Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Ive finished making my roller draws in the back of my GQ im now making a fridge slide to suit my new Fridgemate 70L what i am after those is a set of roller draw runners now i have found quiet a few of these that are rated to 100kg etc but the problem is i need a set that is 1 meter to 1.1m but extends 1 meter out , the closest i can find is a 1 meter set but they only open to 860mm its not enough to suit my fridge

does anyone know of where i can get a set of these runenrs in the size i need?

Check out Hafele. I've got a set which are about 750mm long, extend over 800mm.

yea ive checked hafele nothign in my size range needed

would be cheaper in the long run to use square hollow section and two rows of bearings. I used hafaele runners in mine, and for the money you would be better off just using say 20x20 or 15x15 square section and the bearings.

well i think ive found my answer to my problem have a look at these ,there 1015mm long closed and extend out 1020mm rated to 120kg

I would not recomend teliscopic slide types as on corogations or vibrations the balls fall out

I agree, telescopic slides can be problematic. You also have to be very precise on the fitting as a couple of mm difference in width between front and back can cause problems.

Tore my telescopic slides (free IT server slides) out and replacing with roller bearings

have you tried blum? another good manufacturer of all kinds of drawer rollers and hinges etc

when i built my drawers i just went to a carpenter/cabinet make who did custom kitchens and he pulled out a 3 inch thick catalogue and said what do you need!! it had ever combination you could think of with massive range in weight ratings.
