Free Feroza Gearbox and Transfer

Post by MightyMouse »

Well the auto and crawler equipped transfer are finally going in !
( Yep I know - its been on the drawing board for ever....... )

Soon to have a free Feroza gearbox and transfer case, flywheel, heavy duty pressure plate and barely used driven plate. The clutch is fine the transmission is a bit noisy, but still going.

Want to keep it simple - so by preference its all or none and you need to do the arranging as it will have to be packed, picked up etc etc......

PM me if your interested otherwise they go in the bin.

Would love to take the gearbox off your hands, but getting it to coffs from melb is a bit of a worry :D

Any synchro/shifting problems with the box?

I'll take 'em.... just gotta sort out somewhere to store them and I'll take 'em off your hands.

Then it's time to look at your Vit hybrid and try to do the same :D

HotFourOK - I believe that it's different from a Rocky.

Fearhoza - would cost a packet to ship, and given that I havn't really checked where the noise is comming from ( think its transfer but.... )
you could well be wasting your money.

Its OK for free - but wouldnt want anyone to spend serious money on a doubtfull transmission.

When mine was rebuilt it was bearings inside the gearbox that had worn. Four out of five synchros were dead too.
