Outer Limits 4x4 Board

i have a petrol 4runner with no tacho in the cluster
i also have a cluster from a diesel 4runner
it appeared to work BUT the revs where way to low ,does anyone have any idea IF the tacho is adjustable between the 2 ???

trip to local wrecking yard took a tacho out of a toyota sedan and installed the guts into 4runner cluster
