What size socket are the front wheel bearing lock nuts

Big flat blade screwdriver and a hammer!!!!

Or 54mm (i think) :)

54mm or 55mm, cant remember. can measure easily though then buy tube spanner at repco around 30bucks.

otherwise do as POS said, flat screwdriver and hammer. pin punch works well too

hammer and srew driver job has been done to many times not munch of a lock nut left

Please don't go using a hammer and screwdriver.. I hate it when I have to do wheel bearings on a vehicle and some backyarder has made my job twice as difficult to do by buggering up those nuts... :roll:

i got 5mm thick steel plate and laser cut it out to the nut size, welded it to an old socket that was about 2 inch. now i have a lock nut socket :)

dont know how much it would cost, as my dad got it done at work for free. its made the job so much easier now.
