US market Samurai went TBI in te last couple of years of production.
On the ebay site though, I didn't see any reference to sierra or samurai, but I may have just missed it.

it's a pain when people fit these things & then bring their car in for a problem without telling you what they have done to it, after you ask them.
on efi cars after a code & senser check you remove this piece of
reset the computer & charge them for the time consumed to rectify the wonderful ebay special.(normally coolant temp out of range or faulty.)
proper tuning of modern factory ecu's requires more than a resistor cut inline. that just causes fault codes & limp mode to be activated.
moral of the story is if you play with something & your car gives problems remove it or at least tell the mechanic who you take it to what you have done so that you save their time & more importantly your money
