pro comp vs dobinson shocks, for gq 5" lift

hey all,

interested to know peoples oppinions for both procomp and dobbinson shocks? when being used on a gq wagon with 5" lift.

im tossing up between the two and dont know which way to go as they are around the same price range...

Dont know about the Dobinson shocks, i did have a mate that had procomps in his gu ute with only 3 or so inch lift.

He didnt like them and riding in the car I agree, they seemed way too soft and didnt control the bounce on road very well at all.

I had tough dog adjustables with a 6" kit in an 80 and they seemed very good, tho they did leak and get replaced under warranty..

I run dobinson shock and coils at 5 inch and find them excellent. Good flex and handle well with no swaybars at that hight on 37" tyres in my gq.

I highly reccommend Dobinson shocks they valved slightly firmer than the procomps & are a lit bit cheaper. What prices have you got so far,
