Saw an awesome twin winch setup and manifold for turbo's. Apparently Wazza (warren ship) makes them. Anyone have this setup and what do you think of it?

FOr the winch and manifolds Give http://www.ontrack4x4.net.au/default.htm a ring. As Andrews ute has the winch, old motor had a manifold, New motor has a fancy chrome thing.
Also Birdy and GQHOON (GQPETE is his user name - I think) have the winch and turbo Manifolds. There is a current thread on dual motor winches.

Juzza has one of his manifolds. Seems pretty happy with it.

But the winches with the motors in series has been abused now for 3yrs and there hasnt been any issues other than the first R&D model. That was put together a week before the 2005 OBC. I believe he is also working on a remote freespool for the drum. This should be done by now.

Thx mate. Found out that Wazza works at On Track, like on a on-call basis, but not sure if he's there still. Apparently wazza does the work. Will have to investigate and suss out where he is. I really want to get the Twin Winch and possibly the manifold for my GQ...and maybe a stainless steel snorkel, side bars and arghh..the list goes on!......
I also heard he's very fussy with his work....really want to find someone who takes pride in his work. At the end of the day, you can tell by the quality. If I'm going to spend $$$$, I want a good job done!

Cheers for the info mate.......

If you are after good work. I know Juzza does some good stuff. He just finished doing the turbo on his GQ ute and it looks neat. It has a Wazza/Ontrack manifold but he is talking of doing his own. But no doubt he will want to make one for himself for R&D before selling. Juzza also does snorkles and all the pipe work for the turbo intercooler and first section of exhuast (including dump pipe).
His user name is Juzza and his shop is Centa Vic Performance 4wd, based in Bendigo. Also does all the normal 4wd barwork from bullbars to cages to trays. And I so should be getting a discount now.

Will look into it...bit far as I'm on the Dandenong side of town. I'll see how I go in finding wazza as he's closer, but will definately keep Juzza in mind. Saw Alberto's rig a while back and thouhgt the transformation from long to short rig looked awesome. Even Hoon's rig is mad...made from scratch.

Will have to give ontrack a call and find my man  Got good reviews on this bloke...if no luck...Juzza 's next!

You better get a HUGE discount then!!

Thx to all that gave me info on Wazza. Finally found the man! Looking forward to my Twin Winch setup

Also, big difference I found out in regards to Wayne Smiths Twin Motors and Wazza's, is that Waynes motors are side by side, (one in front, the other behind and also from overseas). Sometimes you would have to change your bar for it to fit. (Don't want to do that!)It's got a whole new top hat.

I like the look of Wazza's TWM , being inline and taking up less room and the fact there have been no problems in the 3 years of them being on a truck and also the Free Spool he's starting to make, sounds awesome!..

Poor guy got smothered by questions from me....sorry dude! :P Now where's my commission... ;)

Once again..thanks dudes!!! ;)

If you have a motor already, it would be easier to do it that way, as wazza needs 1 to do the work. If you don't have 1, he'll get it for you. You're looking at a 2-3 wk wait, as he's busy.
