the new triton diesel has 15000 klm between services(easy use)but talking to a mitsu mech the valve timing has to be checked every service,any owners had their 15 or 30k services and how expensive

i get mine done every 7.5k

i jsut got my 15k done and i didnt have to pay for it as they OWED me (long story) but i think it would of cost 300-400.. not sure tho

15k already cranky ,you must like driving it,i liked the test drive i had the other day but when i told them the tradein 105 cruiser had diesel gas injection they said they would get back to me???,suggested to me also to do a 7.5k oilchange ,guess i could do that myself

yer mate i get about :D poor thing doesnt stop..

i jsut get them to do the intrem (sp) oil changes.. they are around 150ish..

FYI I just rang around do get my 7500km service and quotes varied from $190-$250 for the oil and filter. I'll be doing it myself I think :roll:

Just had the service done.

Have to say, avoid Bell mits they don't seem to have much of a clue over there. I eventually found the filter I needed and it was about $45 and it took 8.5L of oil. They couldn't find what it was supposed to take at first and told my mechanic they just put the regular 10w30 anyway :roll:
