Custom turbo Ex manifolds TD42

I'm after pics of custom tube type turbo exhast manifolds for TD42 engine.Does anyone make these aftermarket?

Whats the price on a cast turbo manifold in Oz?

My bother in law has made some (In Auckland). I can't remember the price but it wasn't cheap as you get what you pay for. They can be done quite cheaply but then you won't get an extrator style manifold. PM me if you want more info.
93 Nissan Pathfinder / Terrano Turboed VH45, GQ Trans and T-case, coil overs, hydraulic winch and fair bit of other stuff. (Currently a pile of parts in the workshop)

As Darin said above, his bro-inlaw in Auckland builds custom items. He built mine and I would highly recommend him to anyone else.

New manifold made the truck alot more responsive and is easier to drive as a result.
