Donor Vehicles for York Air Compressor?

Post by letsplaychicken »

Hi All, I am looking at installing an onboard air setup on my BJ74. Looking at all the forums, the York appears the superior option for c.ft. flow. Can anyone please supply a list of donor cars that came with the York Compressor? Preferable Aussie delivered/available models and years. Depending on the model, they had different flow rates, so if possible please specify which model York it was. Thanks, this is my first post!

Thanks guys. Any idea which unit has the biggest capacity - Merc or Ford? Might as well do it right :)

Old 70's ford fairlanes and falcons have yorks and there are 2 sizes available, either will be good for OBA. Just go to your local wreckers and get whatever you can get cheap.

Go for a walk at pinch-a-part. Approx XD and earlier Falcons, you'll find more than you can poke a spanner at ...
