as far as i'm aware there are two tricky parts, first one is actually removing the centre, PITA getting it out due to having to remove the axles from both sides of both F&R centres, once that is done however, it simply unbolts from the housing and undo the drive shaft and she's out. It sounds simple but getting the axles out the 50 odd mm needed to come out to diengage from the axle splines on the cnetre is a big PITA.

Second tricky bit is correctly aligning/tensioning the crown wheel and pinion gears. You will need feeler gauges, diff paint to check corect face to face contact on the gears etc and correct torque settings etc etc etc. Id recomend getting a diff mob to do it once you have the centres removed.

The rest is relatively simple. with the centre on the bench, start unbolting the pinion gear, remove it and bearings etc, then (i think) remove the diff centre from the carrier, unbolt crown wheel from underside of centre. Reverse process for replacing - but this is where torque settings, clearance and contact measurements come into play.

Hope this helps
