nope, my 81 has none, but it came with A/C and the mounting bracket for that can be used for a PS pump.
powersteering is masivly overrated anyway IMO. only time it buggers me up is when slowly backing trailers with lots of turning needed with little distance travled, and then ya just deal with it.
