Outer Limits 4x4 Board

A few years back I remember reading an online guide as how to clean the blower fan in a sierra. I remember photos involving a holesaw etc. Can anyone direct me to this guide?

Also, the blower fan has been running sluggish recently, does anyone know where it earths so I can fix it up?
