Outer Limits 4x4 Board

What should the compression be on a mid 90s 4.2D patrol?
Looking at buying one and gunna get it checked out. Its not turbo'ed

Being tested correctly after reaching operating temps with stop solenoid disconnected, we like to see a minimum of 400 psi within 10 cranks, with a spread of +/- 10% with final figures.

The specs are lower, but then so will engine condition and problems.
