Outer Limits 4x4 Board

just got my sierra with 1600 conversion and have to take over the pits monday. Car has a few issues which need resolving 2 of which are electrical. Q1 where does the flasher assembly go? is it in the top section of the fuse box? and where is the relay in the engine bay. someone has tried to rig up there own setup it just aint happening.
Q2 wipermotor prob- have power to the wipermotor just no wipers. Need a new motor? could it be anything else?
- any pics or wiring diagrams would be helpful

1> flasher is above fusebox. no relay in engine bay at all.

2> check wiring and power getting to the wiper motor, maybe multimeter it.

hard wire a earth for the wiper motor every sierra iv'e had had the same problem too if it does not work get another motor

cheers will give it a try this morning. What part number is the flasher unit there is not one there at all to match it up.
