rear exhaust

Hi all,

someone has removed rear exhaust to HZJ105 ?
troubles ? any fumes or smell inside ?
the sound level is increased ?

I think he's trying to say his cruiser ( no idea what a HZj105 is?) has exhaust shortened somewhat and if there were any problems is fumes, excessive noise, etc

Giacomo, if you get rid of the rear section you probably will smell diesel fumes... and the car will also become louder, cause you are getting rid of (pretty sure) at least 1 muffler.

and thankyou,for your aid.I am italian and i have problems with english.

I ask this thing,because the rear exhaust a lot exposed to hit making in rock-crawling. in a recent tour he has blinked against the rock and he has been folded.

for JWB ; you live in Australia ? and do not know the HZJ105 ? ........ :?

yes I am in Australia! But I'm not familiar with all Toyota landcruiser codes :oops:

You could have the end of it turned out to the side, so you don't land on it (something I have to do one day).
