Polyairs and spring spacers

Does anybody run Polyairs and spring spacers?

I bought new springs to correct the Disco's drivers side lean, but the new springs do it also. So now I assume that I'm fat, and the companion tank, fridge and rear 2nd battery on that side are also contibuting factors.

Anyway, I thought that I might try shimming the DS up with some polyurethane spring spacers to level it out a bit, but I have polyairs in the rear also. Has anybody married the shims and polyairs together before, and if so how did you set it up? My assumption is that I will have to machine the polyair blocks and the spacer to suit.

Swap springs left to right, one end at a time.
Also undo sway bar links 1st to ensure no bias.

Hi Slunnie

What make are the springs? Some OME ones are handed, to take account of the t/case & driver. Possibly other brands from the same manufacturer are the similar.

Gday Max, the springs are made by Lovells to the same spec as the ones that I was already running. Unfortunately they don't side the customs, though 1 was ever so marginally longer than the other which I put on the drivers side.

Gday Bazzle, thanks for this. Its also go ACE which is like a hydraulic computer controlled sway bar. I've wondered before it if it this as the lean seems common enough in these things. :?
