Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi i have a late 94 300 tdi disco and have just done the head up and injectors serviced what i need to know is there any secrets to bleeding a disco i cant seem to get the fuel up to it have got a full filter and when i crack the injector line i get a little bit of fuel out of it...

Also are the any timing marks on the crank cant seem to see any to get it on top dead to adjust the lifters correctly
