Post by snatch_this »

Hi just recently got my first 4wd a 99 toyota hilux sr5 have been going with my mates for years but only just now getting into it myself.
Wanting to do some mods to the truck and wanted to see if anyone can help me with how many blocks are needed to lift it 3".
I know i wont really have any problems with any lines or anything will i need to modify the gear stick? and i am also having conflicting info about how many blocks are needed 10 or 12???? any help would be greatly appreciated

12 Blocks .
There will be quite a few modifications required for a 3" bodylift
2" is much easier

Personally Id use 12 blocks 75mm high!! :D

Seriosuly, ur going into danger land (roadworthy and insurance problems) with the 75mm lift, go the 50mm, its more than enough, unless its going to be a comp truck, but not with that model Lux!
