Am looking at new set of tyres.

Any feedback on the Sumitomo Muds

33x12.5-15 $220.00@ fitted in Melbourne

l mainly do touring (high country) and some heavy towing.

I am running 15'' Sunnies at the moment with BFG A/T's on them....timehas come to change them?

What are people's thoughts???

Cheers,

Mike

Have you thought of Simex Road Trekker? It's pretty cheap and will last 30,000km of tyres. I used 235/85%R16 (32inch) for 5,000km very comfortable drive with tyres.

If you're use-to the wear rate of BFG A/T's.......................
The Sumitomo will wear quickly compared with other brands. They work
OK and you'll be happy..........BUT.......
Other "cheap" 33 options include Nankang & Maxxis (Buckshot, Bighorn)
Both of these will last heaps longer..and still do the job...
