Just wandering what everyones using on there Fenders or Trekkin trucks as I was quoted $495AUD Locally for Koni Heavy Track Raid Shocks for My 130 HCPU Dual Cab and it made me think, Cause for that Kind of money you can get 2.5 inch Fox/King/Bilstein long travel (+ maybe A remote canister setup if you add $100) for the rig and that way have long travel expedition style setup that is really fade resistant.

What else is out there that is decent, Big bore, Long travel, Handles a load and maybe adjustable. Cause $500 is just a bit steep for a Big Bore shock without a remote canister etc. I mean you could almost get some coilovers for that.

LOve to hear what everyones using and why. and what tey would like to be using

495 Australian Dollar = 302.514 Euro
slightly overpriced compared to the 250/260 € they cost here...?

Heavy Tracks (non Raid) are quite good anyway and would probably make you save some $$$,but they're not "big bore" as the Raid are...

Just a thought.

How do the heavy tracks and raids ride compared to your average gas/oil koni?

Are they softer/faster or much the same?

I'm also looking for length/travel measurements on these.

Has anyone thought about some king smoothies. Will make such a difference over standard big bore shocks
