Hi Team

Recently I did a front diff oil chnage in my ifs front end hilux and a few crownwheel teeth came out

Now I have been on about 6 trips since this and have noticed no noise or anything to indicate poor performacne

I have just got my hands onto a new ifs diff for my rig, my question is, should i change it over right away ? Or just wait till it goes pop

Cheers

Beefa

Sounds like a typical IFS diff :) Mine did the same.
Change it and while your at it throw in an airlocker and it will reduce the chance of it happening again.

Same thing happened to me. I went airlocker while I was at it.
