chassis number location?

hi all ...does any one know where i can locate the chassis number on my 1977 2 door range??

I had to find this myself to register my 78 rangie. Turn the wheels full lock right and it is stamped on the chassie behind the front right hand wheel.

I have a 81 2 door and it has no chassis number on it at all?????

it was actualy just infront of the spring mount between the stearing box bolts. underneath half an inch of buitumen (naturaly)ha ha
