Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Another vibration, I have have afew vibration issue's with the Divorced transfercase in felation with the small propshaft.

I had the transfer rebuilt 6 months ago ( bearings and stuff) cause after shifting from 4L back into 4H the driveline would have a vibration on take off (different to the propshaft vibration problem). after shifting back to 4L and giving the stick a good shove back into 4H the vibration would go, the shifter was also hard to get from 4H to N and 4L and visa versa, it seemed like the transfer was getting sorta stuck between 4H and 2H, causing some shaking, is that possible or is there another explanation!!

All has been good until today, I had it in 4L today and when I tried to shift back to 4H it would not go, I had to turn off the truck put it in park and it slipped back easy, but when I drove off the take off vibration was there again. When I got home I put it back into 4H, again I had to turn the truck off ,it drove with no vibration, then put it into 2H,and hey presto, the vibration was gone, so what is the transfer doing???

Just to clarify, I meant in RELATION not felation (beer), and the shifter goes from 2H to 4H and back easy, it is from 4H to 4L and back that seems to be a hassle.
